Construction Cleaning in Acworth and north metro Atlanta.
The Fancy Cleaning Company takes on construction cleanup, including complex jobs. Our Project Cleaning Specialists handle it.
Every construction job is different, so we start with a free walkthrough. We look at what is finished, what is still going on and when the space has to be ready, then send a quote for that job. Once the building is open, our janitorial crews can keep it clean.
What we will look at during the walkthrough
- Where the build stands and which areas are ready for cleaning
- The floors, fixtures and surfaces to be cleaned
- The inspection, turnover or move-in date
- Access and working hours on site
- Whether regular janitorial service follows the turnover
